Shipping Costs & Delivery Speed

Our shipping charges are as follows:
Order value £10 or less: shipping cost £3.00 inc. VAT.
Order value £10.01 to £20: shipping cost £4.00 inc. VAT.
Order value £20.01 to £40: shipping cost £6.00 inc. VAT.
If you're kind enough to order over £40 of goods, we'll ship them free of charge.

The above prices relate to UK shipping using first class post- we charge different amounts for Europe and beyond, depending on the size and weight of the order. If you live outside the UK and want to order, please contact us for a quote.

We aim to ship all orders placed before 3pm on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday. We also ship on Saturday mornings. Most orders will ship using Royal Mail 1st Class Post. This is not time guaranteed or trackable. As a rough guide, orders shipped using this service can be expected to arrive within 1 to 4 working days. We also offer Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which requires a signature on delivery. This is also not time guaranteed, but is useful if you are having goods delivered somewhere where many people may take delivery.
If your order is urgent, we offer priority delivery which is guaranteed next working day. We use either Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL, depending on the weight of the order. Both these services are trackable and insured. If you are unsure about which delivery method to use, please contact us.
